- Train Associates, work with peers, assist Managers, Senior Managers and Partners in conducting financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industries
- Conduct analytical reviews of data and prepare findings
- Prepare data books
- Help prepare draft reports for management review
- Research issues that arise during the course of engagements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree required, Masters Degree in Accounting or Business or certified Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, motivation to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client service
- Creative problem solving, critical thinking and research skills
- Highly motivated and takes initiative for professional growth and development
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills
- Ability to take direction and exercise sound judgment, tact and diplomacy
