Key Responsibilities:
Production Operations:
- Ensure smooth daily production operations of LT cables at the plant.
- Plan and manage shifts, manpower allocation, and material control.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
Quality Control:
- Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality protocols.
Coordination & Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, procurement, quality, and logistics) for seamless operations.
- Act as a point of contact between production and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Process Improvement:
- Identify bottlenecks and areas for operational improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resources.
