Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Operate and maintain Microsoft Windows and Linux systems in cloud environments.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Monitor cloud services, analyze operational metrics, and support production systems.
- Ensure networking, security, and compliance standards are adhered to within cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous service improvement.
- Support cloud operations initiatives, including automation, monitoring, and infrastructure optimization.
