- Responsible for the quality, accuracy, and timely population of data within the key business systems such as Quality One, GRAIS and PLM.
- Responsible for being a subject matter expert in the use of key systems and the business processes which support them.
- Responsible for the analysis of data, identification of issues and taking appropriate action to remediate them.
- Responsible for partnering with the wider Operations Regulatory team to build greater understanding of the criticality of key data and the processes that support them and to drive more compliant behaviors.
- Tracking of data performance metrics, generation of improvement programs and the feedback to peers in Regulatory Operations.
- Responsible for applying the principles of Root Cause Problem solving to identify the origin of data issues and applying continuous improvement methodologies to develop appropriate Corrective Actions and Preventative Actions.
