The Sales, Marketing & Client Experience Associate Director will play a crucial role in establishing and leading the marketing and sales functions at Moss Adams India to support firm growth in the US market. This role will serve as part of the firm s Sales, Marketing & Client Experience (SMX) leadership and India leadership teams to develop a cohesive, high-performing team capable of supporting and driving the firm s strategic marketing, sales and CX initiatives. This leader will bring a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and hands-on experience in marketing and sales to lay the foundation for future global teaming models, ensuring excellence in delivery from India. This role will help build capabilities in campaign management, proposal and sales collateral production, data management and business intelligence, marketing operations, marketing automation and digital marketing.
