Key Responsibilities:
Project & Delivery Management:
- Lead and manage the delivery of multiple IT projects within the insurance domain.
- Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business and technology objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end SDLC and Agile delivery processes, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Drive delivery excellence through effective planning, resource management, and governance.

Stakeholder & Team Management:
- Manage stakeholder communication across business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Mentor and manage project managers, technical leads, and delivery teams to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, testing, infrastructure, and operations.

Risk & Compliance Management:
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies,



and roadblocks; implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure IT governance, audit, and compliance processes are adhered to in a regulated workplace.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Drive automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives across delivery functions.
- Support process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.

Financial & Resource Management:
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources and adherence to financial targets (budget, cost control, forecasting).

Client Engagement & Pre-Sales Support:
- Support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and client presentations as required.
