We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring requirements across various positions in India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end domestic recruitment activities.

- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.

- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

- Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure a smooth recruitment process.





- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers/ATS.

- Coordinate offer, onboarding, and documentation processes.

- Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

- Stay updated with current hiring trends and talent-market practices.

Required Skills:

- 1-5 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment.

- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

- Valuable understanding of IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.

- Experience with job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems.
