•Lead and supervise the Video Investigation (VI) team.
•Monitor team productivity, quality, and performance.
•Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
•Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and TPA/Insurance guidelines.
Required Candidate profile
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: BAMS / BHMS
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in the TPA/Health Insurance field
- Experience in Video Investigation/Claims Investigation will be preferred.
