Description
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Informatica MDM
- Hands on experience with Informatica MDM Customer 360
- Expertise in:
o Data modeling (Customer, Party, Relationships)
o Matching & merging o Survivorship and BVT
- Experience with MDM Hub Console, Data Director, and Customer 360/Supplier 360 UI
- Strong SQL and RDBMS knowledge (Oracle / DB2 / SQL Server)
- Minimum 3–5 years relevant Informatica MDM Customer/Supplier 360 experience
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and implementation of Informatica customer MDM solutions, including data modeling, data quality rules,
matching and merging rules, and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and develop MDM data models, workflows, and user interfaces.
Ensure data quality and consistency across the MDM system by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.
Solid understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality concepts. Design inbound and outbound integrations using:
- Batch loads (staging tables, file imports)
- Real time APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Configure Data Director / Customer 360 UI:
o Dashboards, record views, hierarchy and relationship graphs
- Enable role based security and access control
- Support data stewards with exception handling, match review, and approvals
- Ensure compliance with data governance and audit requirements
- Participate in upgrades, hotfixes, and release validations
- Provide L2/L3 support, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials
