Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented DMS Executive to manage dealership transactions and maintain accurate customer, vehicle, sales, and delivery records in the Dealer Management System (DMS).

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update customer, vehicle, booking, billing, and delivery details in the DMS.
- Process vehicle bookings, invoicing, allotments, and delivery-related entries.
- Maintain accurate sales, finance, insurance, registration, and customer records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Finance, Insurance, RTO, and Service teams.
- Monitor pending DMS transactions and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly DMS/MIS reports.
- Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies promptly.




- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and management requirements.
- Support the sales team in ensuring smooth and timely vehicle delivery.

Requirements

- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer applications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in an automobile dealership/DMS operation is preferred.
- Freshers with good computer and Excel skills may also be considered.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
