Essential Job Functions:
- Design, implement, and manage DLP policies across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, endpoints, and cloud applications.
- Configure Microsoft Purview Information Protection, labelling, and data classification controls.
- Monitor and investigate DLP alerts, incidents, and policy violations using Microsoft Purview and related audit tools.
- Support compliance requirements, including GDPR, ISO 27001, and internal security standards.
- Work with business stakeholders to tune policies, manage exceptions, and reduce false positives.
- Create documentation, runbooks, test plans, and operational handover material.
- Assist with reporting, audits, and evidence collection for compliance reviews.
- Work closely with security, compliance, legal, and infrastructure teams to reduce data leakage risk and strengthen governance.
