Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily dispatch and loading operations to ensure timely shipment of finished goods.

- Plan and coordinate vehicle placement, loading schedules, and dispatch priorities.

- Ensure proper packing, pallet handling, and material identification before dispatch.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Sales, and Logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.

- Ensure accurate preparation and verification of dispatch documents, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.

- Monitor FG stock, pallet availability, and dispatch-ready material.

- Ensure proper material movement and handling within the dispatch area.

- Supervise loading teams, helpers, forklift operators, and other dispatch staff.

- Ensure proper vehicle loading as per loading plan and prevent material damage during handling.

- Maintain dispatch records, daily reports, and MIS related to dispatch operations.

- Monitor housekeeping, safety, and discipline within the dispatch area.





- Identify and resolve dispatch-related issues to minimize delays and errors.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Dispatch, Warehouse & Logistics Operations.

- Experience in finished goods handling and vehicle loading.

- Knowledge of packing, stock management, and material movement.

- Valuable coordination and team-management skills.

- Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel.

- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualification

- Diploma / Graduate in any relevant discipline.

- Experience in a manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
