Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and organized Dispatch Managers to join our team. As a Dispatch Manager at NatureNurture, you will play a critical role in managing our logistics and printing department. You will be responsible for overseeing the distribution of curriculum materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery to schools across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Logistics Management:
- Plan and manage the logistics of curriculum material distribution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to schools.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and vendors to streamline the supply chain and optimize delivery schedules.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues that arise to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to manage stock levels and minimize disruptions.

- Printing Coordination:
- Oversee the printing process of curriculum materials, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to timelines.
- Work closely with the printing department to schedule and prioritize printing jobs based on demand and urgency.
- Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure they meet the organization's standards and specifications.
- Manage relationships with printing vendors, negotiating contracts and terms to achieve cost-effective solutions.

- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and lead the logistics and printing team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.




- Conduct regular performance evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing development plans.

- Process Improvement:
- Analyze and evaluate current logistics and printing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Utilize data and metrics to monitor performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize operations.

- Customer Service:
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to the delivery and quality of curriculum materials.
- Maintain strong communication with schools, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders on the status of shipments and printing jobs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in the education or publishing industry.
- Solid understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and distribution processes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and tools for tracking and managing shipments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to travel as needed to oversee operations and resolve issues.
