We are looking for a responsible, honest and experienced Dispatch & Logistics In-Charge to manage our complete dispatch operations.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are properly checked, packed, documented and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complete day-to-day dispatch and logistics operations.
- Check customer orders, quantities, product details and packing requirements before dispatch.
- Prepare and coordinate invoices, packing lists, e-way bills and other dispatch-related documents.
- Coordinate with transporters, courier companies and logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery.
- Arrange proper packing, labeling and loading of materials.
- Maintain dispatch records, shipment details and transporter information.
- Track dispatched shipments and coordinate with customers/transporters when required.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production and Stores departments for smooth dispatch.
- Ensure the correct material is dispatched to the correct customer.
- Maintain proper stock/dispatch records and avoid shortages, wrong dispatches or delays.




- Handle local and outstation dispatches, including courier, transport and parcel shipments.
- Take complete responsibility for timely and accurate dispatch operations.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, Warehouse or Stores operations preferred.
- Good knowledge of dispatch documentation and transporter coordination.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with ERP/software.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Must be responsible, honest, punctual and detail-oriented.
- Ability to independently handle dispatch operations and solve day-to-day logistics issues.
- Candidates from manufacturing/engineering companies will be preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and capability. Job Type: Full-time

Location: Surendranagar, Gujarat

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
