Kalsmech is looking for a highly organized and proactive Dispatch & Operations Coordinator to manage and coordinate day-to-day activities related to dispatch planning, inventory tracking, supplier follow-ups, manufacturing coordination, and project execution.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across multiple teams and ensuring that materials, equipment, and deliveries move as planned.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and plan dispatches to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to customers and project sites.
- Maintain regular updates on inventory and stock availability, highlighting shortages or upcoming requirements.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing team to track production status and ensure readiness of materials as per project schedules.
- Follow up with suppliers and vendors to expedite critical materials and ensure timely procurement.
- Work closely with Project Engineers and Sales Engineers to align material availability and dispatch schedules with project requirements.
- Track pending orders, deliveries, and critical activities, proactively highlighting potential delays.




- Maintain order dispatch records, delivery schedules, create packing lists, stock reports, and coordination trackers.
- Act as a central coordination point between Sales, Projects, Manufacturing, Procurement, Suppliers, and Logistics teams.
- Support smooth project execution by ensuring timely flow of information and materials across stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering/ B. Com, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in dispatch coordination, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or project coordination.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of inventory management, manufacturing processes, dispatch, and vendor coordination.
- Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable working with trackers and reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving delays.
