Role Description The Dispatch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for overseeing the daily dispatch of fabric orders to customers and partners. This role involves planning and scheduling dispatches, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and ensuring accurate packing, documentation, and timely delivery of goods.

The Dispatch

Manager monitors order status, resolves dispatch-related issues, and maintains records of shipments and inventory movements. The role includes supervising dispatch staff,



optimizing dispatch processes for efficiency, and collaborating with sales and customer service teams to meet delivery commitments and support customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid dispatching and operations management skills to plan, coordinate, and monitor daily shipments and related workflows.
