Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of an outage or disaster.
- Conduct regular drills and testing to identify gaps and improve the effectiveness of the DR plan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cloud infrastructure solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to data security, privacy, and availability.
Job Requirements :
- 6-9 years of experience as a Disaster Recovery Manager or similar role.
- Robust understanding of AWS, Microsoft Azure, Cloud Infrastructure, SecOps, Dr Testing (Drilling), Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
- Proven track record of developing effective disaster recovery plans and conducting successful drills.
