Dispatch Manager – Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end dispatch and logistics operations.

- Plan daily dispatch schedules as per customer requirements.

- Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales, and transport teams.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods.

- Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and shipping records.

- Coordinate with transporters and track vehicle movement.

- Monitor inventory and ensure correct quantity and material loading.

- Verify materials before dispatch to avoid shortages or wrong deliveries.

- Handle dispatch-related customer and transporter queries.

- Maintain dispatch reports, records, and MIS.

- Ensure proper packaging, loading, and protected handling of materials.

- Monitor delivery timelines and resolve delays or transportation issues.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety procedures.

- Lead and supervise dispatch/warehouse staff.

Pay: ₹30,955.68 - ₹35,070.86 per month
