Plan, coordinate and monitor day-to-day execution of Consumer Meter Installation, DT Meter Installation, and associated AMI activities within the assigned Division; ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly targets and timely completion of project milestones.

1.) Coordinate with PGVCL EE/DE/JE/Line Staff, PIA, contractors and vendors for work-front availability, shutdowns, site access and field execution.

2.) Monitor Supervisors, Technicians, and installation teams daily; ensure optimum manpower deployment and resource utilization.

Track team/technician-wise productivity, identify bottlenecks/idle manpower and implement corrective actions to achieve installation targets.

3.) Supervise meter installation, consumer indexing, validation, WFM, quality checks and documentation as per SOPs.

4.) Ensure availability and proper utilization of meters, SMC/DB boxes, cables, seals and other materials to avoid field downtime.

5.) Identify and resolve hindrances,



technical/operational issues and work-front constraints; escalate critical issues with corrective action plans.

6.) Monitor contractor/vendor performance, manpower, productivity, quality and timelines.

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in:

- Power Utility / DISCOM Projects
- AMI / Smart Metering Projects
- Field Operations & Team Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Meter Installation / Consumer Indexing
- Material Management, Quality & Safety

Candidates with experience in RDSS, RAPDRP, IPDS, DDUGJY, or Kusum Projects will be preferred.

CTC: 37,500 42,000 per month

Local Travel Allowance: 2,500 per month
