Are you a motivated sales qualified who enjoys building relationships and closing deals? We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team!

? About the Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive business growth by generating and closing sales through inbound and outbound channels such as phone, email, and virtual meetings. You’ll play a key role in understanding customer needs and offering the right solutions.

? Key Responsibilities✔

Handle and respond to inbound leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

✔ Manage inbound leads and qualify prospects

✔ Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT services and solutions.

✔ Conduct sales calls, product/service presentations, and follow-ups with prospects.

✔ Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation and closure.

✔ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets





✔ Collaborate with marketing and internal teams

? Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and sales records in CRM.

? Experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles

? Strong communication and negotiation skills

? Customer-focused and goal-oriented mindset

? Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo, Sales Navigator etc)

? Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

? Preferred Qualifications

⭐ B2B or B2C sales experience

⭐ Negotiate pricing and terms while maintaining company profitability
