Job Summary
PROTEC is looking for Diploma Mechanical Engineers – Freshers to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will receive practical exposure to production, machine operation, maintenance, quality and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand manufacturing processes and machines.
- Support Production, Maintenance and Engineering activities.
- Monitor machine operation and process parameters.
- Assist in preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Support quality and process improvement activities.
- Maintain production and maintenance records.
- Follow safety, 5S and company procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
- Develop technical and practical knowledge through on-the-job training.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering.
- Good understanding of machines and manufacturing processes.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Positive attitude and disciplined approach.
