Role & responsibilities

- Review and accurately interpret prescriptions in accordance with established guidelines.

- Identify and address prescription-related discrepancies or concerns.

- Handle customer interactions over calls and provide appropriate resolution for prescriptionrelated queries.

- Guide customers regarding prescription requirements, corrections, or additional information needed.

- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

- Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality while reviewing prescriptions.

- Adhere to defined processes, quality standards, and applicable compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Pharmacist.





- Excellent prescription reading and interpretation skills.

- Robust knowledge of medicines, dosage forms, and prescription requirements.

- Ability to effectively resolve prescription-related customer concerns over calls.

- Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

- Good problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.

Work Requirements

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

- Rotational week off as per the roster.

- This is a work-from-office role.
