Qualifications:

- Experience Range: 6 to 10

Candidate should have end-to-end configuration and customization knowledge in the area of:
- Rate Plan, Sales package, Combo product master data

- Product moClienting and configuration in SAP CRM SOM (IPC based product moClienting engine or simplified configuration)
- Cross catalogue mapping
- Special Products like Master agreement product, Partner product

- Provider Order and Contract Management
- Provider contract change processes and customization
- B2B Master agreement and Partner agreement
- ODS framework and common object layer

- Financial customer care front-office
- SAP Convergent Charging (CC) installation & set-upKnowledge on CC architecture including Core tool, BART, DIAMETER, IEC, RATER, Bulk loader, Taxer
- Convergent Charging (Charge Plan, Charge, Charging Plan, Billable Item mapping, Consumption item, Allowance, Refill, Pricing Tables, Monitoring Plan, CC Web-services)

- Knowledge of SAP-CC testing & simulation of charge
- CDR specification for online and offline mediation
- Offline charging setup via SAP CC BART and SAP CC IEC
- Integration with Convergent Mediation for online and offline mediation

- Product MoClienting in SAP CRM – SoM and integration with SAP-CC Charge Plan cross catalogue mapping
- Knowledge in ODS and Common Object layer




- Integration with Convergent Invoicing for Billable item and consumption item
