Job Summary

Protocol Labels India Pvt Ltd is looking for a Digital Printing Designer with strong graphic design skills and hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in digital/label printing and be capable of creating accurate, creative, and print-ready artwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and modify print-ready designs for digital and label printing.
- Design barcode labels, stickers, packaging labels, product labels, and promotional materials.
- Work proficiently with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar platforms for creative concepts and design enhancement.
- Use AI for image generation, background removal, image enhancement, mock-ups, and design variations.
- Ensure correct dimensions, colours, resolution, bleed, fonts, and print specifications.
- Make design corrections and revisions based on customer requirements.
- Perform quality checks before sending artwork for production.
- Maintain organized design files and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with the Production and Pre-Press teams to ensure smooth workflow and error-free output.

- Good understanding of CMYK, RGB, Pantone, DPI, bleed, and colour management
- Knowledge of digital printing and pre-press processes
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines

Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital printing, label printing, graphic design, or pre-press.

Preferred Experience Experience in barcode labels, packaging labels, stickers, digital printing, or commercial printing will be an added advantage.
