The Digital Sales Executive will be responsible for managing Zimocca’s complete online sales operations, including Shopify, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Online Sales
- Handle customer enquiries received through Instagram, WhatsApp, website and other online channels.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Follow up with potential customers and pending enquiries.
- Assist customers with product selection, sizes, colours, pricing and availability.
- Maintain proper records of online orders and customer details.
- Coordinate with the store team for order packing, availability and dispatch.
2. Shopify / Website Management
- Manage Zimocca’s Shopify store.
- Add and update products, photos, descriptions, prices, sizes and colours.
- Keep product availability and inventory information updated.
- Process and monitor website orders.
- Check abandoned/pending orders and follow up where required.
- Ensure the website is updated with new collections and offers.
3. Social Media Management
- Manage Zimocca’s Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Publish reels, posts,
stories and product content according to the content schedule.
- Upload current product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Write basic captions and product descriptions.
- Respond to comments, DMs and customer enquiries.
- Maintain consistent brand presentation across platforms.
4. Content & Product Coordination
- Coordinate with the content/creative team for product photos and videos.
- Collect product information from the store team.
- Ensure new products are posted online quickly after launch.
- Maintain an organized catalogue of products and content.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp
- Basic knowledge of Shopify
- Basic understanding of online sales and e-commerce
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Basic content/caption writing skills
- Good computer and smartphone skills
- Ability to use Canva is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads is an advantage
- Fashion/retail experience is a plus
Pay: ₹10,100.89 - ₹25,000.00 per month
