Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support end-to-end digital marketing activities. The role will involve content creation, social media management, paid digital campaigns, and email marketing execution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Canva, social media platforms, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and Email marketing tools.

Job Location: Worli, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Manage and maintain company social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn, and support other platforms as required.
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts in line with the monthly content calendar.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and basic analytics to assess post performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content inputs and approvals.

Content Creation

- Design visually engaging creatives, carousels, and banners using Canva for social media, emailers, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
- Support video edits,



reels, or creatives when required.

Paid Digital Marketing

- Assist in execution and monitoring of Google Ads.
- Support in ad copy creation, creative uploads, and audience targeting.
- Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports.

Email Marketing

- Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns or similar platforms.
- Support list segmentation, database management, and email template design.
- Monitor email performance metrics and maintain campaign records.

Marketing Operations & Coordination

- Maintain content calendars, campaign trackers, and marketing documentation.
- Support marketing activities related to webinars, exhibitions and events.
- Assist in day-to-day marketing execution and coordination tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related scientific disciplines.
- Hands-on experience with Canva for digital content creation.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn & Instagram.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and digital campaign metrics.
- Familiarity with Zoho Campaigns or similar email marketing tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet timelines.
