Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Expert to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen our online presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage company presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads.
- Generate and optimize quality leads through paid and organic campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, SEO, SEM, and website optimization.
- Create monthly content calendars and coordinate with graphic designers/content creators.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.




- Improve website traffic, social media engagement, and online brand visibility.
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team for lead follow-up and conversion.
- Manage email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and other digital communication campaigns when required.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO & SEM.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
- Valuable understanding of social media marketing and lead generation.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics / Search Console.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and content-planning skills.
- Ability to understand campaign data and optimize performance.
- Knowledge of Canva, basic graphic design, or video editing will be an advantage.
- Experience in Pharma/Healthcare marketing will be preferred.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
