Role Description This is a full time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Jaipur.

The Digital Marketing

Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive enrollment, and improve engagement across digital channels. Daily tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web analytics to refine strategies. The role involves coordinating with academic and admissions teams to align digital marketing initiatives with program offerings,



and staying current with trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, posting, and community engagement across major platforms.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Effective Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools is highly beneficial.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms and social media management tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
