About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist with 7+ years of hands-on experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, improving organic search performance, managing paid campaigns, and generating quality leads.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Lead Generation, Website Analytics, and Digital Marketing Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive Digital Marketing and SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
- Improve website visibility, organic traffic, keyword rankings, and search performance.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize PPC and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage SEM campaigns and optimize campaigns based on ROI, conversions, and performance metrics.
- Develop and execute Social Media Marketing strategies across relevant platforms.
- Plan and coordinate Content Marketing initiatives to support SEO and lead-generation objectives.
- Develop and implement effective Lead Generation strategies.
- Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant analytics tools.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify opportunities for improving conversion rates, traffic, engagement,



and overall digital performance.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, digital advertising trends, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Collaborate with content, design, development, and business teams to execute digital marketing initiatives.
