Role & responsibilities
- Entire responsibility of Civil Maintenance of Offices located in companys franchised area.
- Monitor the work progress of offices constructed at various phases & to ensure that the work is carried out as per the drawing.
- Checking of contractor's bills & preparation of SES in SAP.
- Creation of PR in SAP.
- Maintaining of IMS documents including all relevant formats & checklist.
- Strict adherence to organizational and IMS policies
- Continually develop the skills and knowledge
- Responsibilities are however not limited to the above and are subject to change at the sole discretion of Management based on organizational needs.
