- Deliver In-person & Virtual Training sessions for new hires & Existing staffs.
- Ensure successful execution of training needs
- Responsible for providing guidance, mentoring & support performance improvement of the candidate.
- Send reports to Operations team on the progress of activities
- Conduct refresher trainings based on TNI
- Make sure Training goals is align with corporate objectives

What we are looking for :
- Strong written and verbal communication skill (English & Tamil & Malayalam)
- Client Handling Skills
- Experience in any product/process/up-skilling training
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Training
- Should be valuable with MS office
- Good Presentation skills are required
- Ready to travel across location as and when required for training
- Ability to handle huge crowd of participants (online /classroom)
- Bachelors degree in any stream
- Ability to Conduct trainings on various Online platforms such as on Zoom/google meet/Jiomeet etc.
