Objective:
Support in designing and developing Electrical Wiring Accessories (EWA) products (Switches, Sockets, etc.) to meet consumer needs and ensure innovation and quality
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in product design and development activities for EWA (Switches, Sockets, Fan regulators, etc.)
- Prepare and update design documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Work closely with the product development team for prototyping and testing.
- Support in ensuring compliance with BIS, RoHS, CE, and other relevant standards.
- Coordinate with industrial designers and agencies for concept development.
- Collaborate with mold makers and manufacturers to align on design requirements.
- Interface with the quality team for validation and testing activities.




- Provide technical support during product launch and post-launch improvements.
- Maintain records of design changes and manage version control.
- Continuously upgrade knowledge on recent technologies, design trends, and materials.

Experience & Qualification:
- 1-3 years of experience in Product Design and development in the FMEG industry, preferably in the Switches (EWA) category.
- Must have hands-on experience in design tools (like Autocad, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or Industrial Design.
