Reckitt is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Apprenticeship Trainee – Engineering to join its engineering team at the Hosur manufacturing facility. This apprenticeship provides a solid foundation in plant engineering, maintenance practices, and project execution within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations within the plant.
- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance planning and execution.
- Help monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate engineering logs, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, EHS) to ensure smooth plant operations.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization (Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines preferred)
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and technical documentation.
- Willingness to learn and work in a high-performance industrial setting.
