Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Hyperion Administrator with 6-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering and maintaining Hyperion applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The candidate should be well-versed in finance-related processes and possess excellent technical skills to support our business needs.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Hyperion applications including Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, and Essbase.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise in the Hyperion setting.
- Implement and manage user access and security settings in the Hyperion applications.
- Coordinate with finance and IT teams to gather requirements and implement Hyperion solutions.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning for Hyperion applications.
- Develop and maintain Hyperion reports, dashboards, and data integration processes.




- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in Hyperion administration and support.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), and Essbase.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Experience with Hyperion data integration tools such as FDMEE or Data Management.
- Knowledge of system architecture, performance tuning, and data modeling in Hyperion.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting processes is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
