Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top healthcare professionals.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach .
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for qualifications, skills, and cultural fit .
- Manage the entire recruitment process , including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future staffing needs.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, job market conditions, and legal hiring requirements .
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure hiring efficiency.

Requirements:




Education & Experience:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
✅ 1-2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition .
Skills & Competencies:
✅ Proven ability to source and recruit healthcare professionals at all levels.
✅ Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, licensing requirements, and industry trends .
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
✅ Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools .
✅ Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills .
