n Role Overview
nWe are looking for a Junior Infrastructure Support Coordinator to act as a bridge between support requests and senior infrastructure engineers.
nYou will focus on coordination, execution of basic tasks, and operational follow-up .

n✅ Key Responsibilities

- Act as first point of contact between support teams and infrastructure engineersn
- Route and track support requests and incidentsn
- Perform basic infrastructure tasks :n
- VM creation and management ( VMware )n
- Basic admin on Linux & Windows servers n
- Monitor systems using Nagios and escalate alertsn
- Provide Level 2 support for standard issuesn
- Execute routine operations:n
- Patch management and updatesn
- Basic vulnerability remediation ( Tenable )n
- Assist with:n
- Fortinet firewall checks n
- Microsoft 365 / Entra ID user administration n
- Maintain documentation and proceduresn
