Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Research Analyst to lead high-impact research initiatives
and deliver actionable insights across the Indian consumer internet and retail ecosystem. The
ideal candidate will have solid analytical capabilities, experience managing end-to-end
research projects, and the ability to translate complex datasets into compelling business
recommendations. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct
interaction with clients and industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead end-to-end market research projects, including research design, data collection,
analysis, and insight generation.
● Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging




industry developments across multiple sectors.
● Develop and refine research methodologies to ensure high-quality, accurate, and
scalable outputs.
● Build robust analytical frameworks to identify market opportunities, consumer trends, and
business risks.
● Conduct primary and secondary research, including expert interviews, surveys, and desk
research.
● Synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations
for internal stakeholders and clients.
● Prepare executive-ready reports, presentations, dashboards, whitepapers, and industry
insights.
● Mentor and review the work of junior research analysts, ensuring quality and consistency
across deliverables.
● Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, Sales, and Leadership teams to define
research priorities and solve business problems.
● Present findings confidently to senior stakeholders and clients.
