MagnovaLabs is looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert who can take ownership of our digital presence and help drive organic growth, local visibility, leads, and overall brand awareness.

We’re looking for someone who understands digital marketing beyond just posting on social media—someone who knows how to build strategies, analyze performance, improve rankings, and generate measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and improve SEO performance, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink strategies, and website optimization.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GMB) and work on improving local search rankings.
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, ROI, and cost efficiency.
- Develop and manage social media strategies across relevant platforms.
- Create and execute content strategies to improve engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor website traffic, rankings, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Work with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other SEO/marketing tools.




- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO).
- Experience in Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization and Local SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads.
- Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis tools.
- Understanding of conversion tracking and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- A robust portfolio or examples of successful campaigns, SEO rankings, GMB growth, or lead-generation results.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives.
- Must be available to work on-site from our Lucknow office.
