Profile- Senior Digital Marketing & SEO Lead

Experience: 4–5+ Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing & SEO Lead who can independently take ownership of multiple websites/projects and build organic growth from the ground up.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of taking websites from low/zero organic visibility → improved rankings → Page 1 rankings → sustainable organic traffic and lead generation.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong expertise in SEO, content strategy, website optimization, analytics, AI Search/GEO, team management and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Handle websites from planning and development coordination through SEO execution and growth.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search intent analysis and market research.
- Implement Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO and Local SEO strategies.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and identify technical/content/link-building opportunities.
- Develop content strategies to rank competitive and high-intent keywords.
- Manage website architecture, internal linking and SEO-friendly content structures.
- Plan and execute effective link-building and authority-building strategies.
- Manage Google Search Console, GA4/Google Analytics and Google Business Profile.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions and other SEO KPIs.
- Analyze ranking fluctuations and implement corrective actions.




- Develop location-based SEO strategies for Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities across India.
- Build scalable city/location pages while avoiding duplicate or low-quality content.
- Monitor competitors and identify new keyword and ranking opportunities.
- Develop realistic SEO roadmaps based on business goals, budget and available resources.
- Manage multiple SEO/digital marketing projects simultaneously.
- Work effectively with limited budgets and maximize ROI from available resources.
- Manage and mentor SEO executives, content writers, interns and freelancers.
- Delegate tasks, set priorities, monitor execution and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify team skill gaps and support hiring of suitable SEO/digital marketing resources.
- Maintain SEO trackers, keyword trackers, content calendars, task trackers and performance reports.
- Coordinate SEO, content, social media and website activities as an integrated digital strategy.
- Manage the company's broader digital presence and content distribution.
- Focus on lead generation and conversion, not just traffic and keyword rankings.
- Work closely with senior management/business owners to convert business objectives into measurable digital marketing targets.
