Role Description The Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms to grow brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, coordinating with the creative team on visual and written assets, managing social media accounts, and monitoring performance metrics.

The role also involves social media optimization (SMO), community management, and collaboration on overall content strategy and digital branding initiatives.





Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy aligned with business and branding goals.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Experience using social media analytics, insights, and reporting tools to track performance and inform decisions.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, trends, and platform-specific algorithms.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur and collaborate with cross-functional creative and production teams.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields; experience in creative or media industries is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline is preferred.
