Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Delhi. The specialist will manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Typical responsibilities include planning and running social media campaigns, optimizing online advertising, monitoring web analytics, and improving the performance of the company’s website and online store.

The role involves creating and scheduling content, coordinating with design and product teams, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.



The specialist will also track campaign results, prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to support business growth.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing across major platforms, including content scheduling and audience engagement.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to monitor traffic, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and basic content creation for digital channels is beneficial.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketing for consumer brands, preferably in food and beverages, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
