We are looking for an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives at Rainbow International School. This role will be responsible for creating and executing digital strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads for admissions, and strengthen the school’s online presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet school objectives.
- Drive lead generation and admission campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other channels.
- Manage social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) with engaging content and campaigns.
- Oversee website management, SEO optimization, and analytics reporting.
- Plan and execute email marketing, remarketing, and digital automation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and ensure ROI on digital spends.
- Lead online reputation management, including handling reviews, ratings, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the admissions, marketing,



and academic teams to ensure alignment of digital efforts.
- Manage agencies, vendors, and internal teams for campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Desired Profile

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field (MBA/Certification in Digital Marketing preferred).
- 7–10 years of proven experience** in digital marketing, preferably in the education, service, or consumer industries.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Google Analytics, and paid campaign management.
- Experience in content strategy, online branding, and lead generation campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with solid communication and presentation abilities.
