Diplomats Group is hiring | Brand & Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager

We want someone with a robust eye for design, clear communication skills and the ability to turn ideas into well-executed work.

What you’ll do:

- Coordinate with designers, photographers and digital specialists, manage briefs, timelines, feedback and deliverables.
- Review creatives, videos, brochures and website content for quality, consistency and accuracy.
- Manage the content calendar and coordinate shoots across our office and project sites.
- Work with leadership and site teams to develop stories around project progress, construction quality, design and customer experience.
- Track social-media performance, website traffic and campaign results, coordinating with sales on enquiry quality.
- Use AI tools to improve research, content drafting, presentations and everyday execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business Administration or Design. Graduates from other disciplines with strong relevant experience are welcome.




- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, content or digital marketing, preferably with a real estate developer, hospitality/lifestyle brand or creative agency.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating designers, photographers, agencies or digital specialists.
- A portfolio or examples of social-media campaigns, brochures, videos, presentations or other brand content, clearly identifying your contribution.
- Strong written English and effective verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Good working knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, social-media analytics and AI-assisted content tools. Video-editing skills are an advantage.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or relevant digital-marketing certifications are desirable, but not mandatory.
