Aradhya Marketing is looking for a hands-on and result-oriented E-commerce & Digital Growth Manager to build and grow our online kidswear business.

The company will provide inventory, product knowledge, infrastructure and management support. The selected candidate will be responsible for execution, online sales growth and profitability.

This is NOT merely a social-media posting or content-creation role.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and grow the companys online sales business
- Manage and improve the company website / Shopify store
- Upload and optimise product listings, pricing, images and descriptions
- Manage product catalogues and large numbers of SKUs
- Handle and grow marketplace channels such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other relevant platforms
- Manage seller panels, listings, pricing and promotions
- Plan and execute Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Implement SEO to increase organic traffic
- Improve website conversion rates
- Develop WhatsApp-based customer acquisition and retention campaigns
- Run remarketing and abandoned-cart follow-ups
- Analyse CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV and profitability
- Track online sales and campaign performance
- Coordinate with the internal team for stock availability and order fulfilment
- Test new online channels and growth strategies




- Build repeat-purchase and customer-retention systems
- Focus on profitable online revenue rather than vanity metrics such as followers or reach

Ideal Candidate:
- 2–7 years of hands-on e-commerce / digital growth experience
- Experience managing Shopify, WooCommerce or similar platforms
- Practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Working knowledge of SEO
- Experience with Amazon / Flipkart / Meesho or other marketplace seller panels preferred
- Robust analytical and commercial understanding
- Must understand CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, margins and profitability
- Should be capable of executing independently rather than depending entirely on agencies
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial SME environment
- Candidates with measurable experience in generating online sales will be preferred

Candidates whose experience is limited mainly to social-media posting, reels, content creation, graphic design or increasing followers without measurable online sales responsibility may not be suitable for this role.
