Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Lead to drive digital marketing strategy and growth for our media house and its clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital campaigns, social media, performance marketing, content strategy, and client management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for the media house and client brands.

Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms .

Lead social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, and brand growth.

Manage multiple client accounts and understand their business and marketing objectives.

Drive lead generation, website traffic, engagement, conversions, and overall digital ROI.

Coordinate with content, creative, design, video, and sales teams to deliver effective campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.

Conduct competitor, market, audience, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.





Manage digital budgets and optimize campaign spending for maximum ROI.

Explore influencer marketing, SEO, email marketing, online reputation management, and emerging digital channels.

Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and recommendations to clients.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO/SEM, and Digital Advertising .

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Console .

Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and client-management skills.

Experience managing multiple campaigns and client accounts.

Ability to lead a team and work closely with creative and content teams.

Strong understanding of digital metrics, KPIs, conversion funnels, and ROI.

Preferred

Prior experience in a Media House, Advertising Agency, Digital Agency, or Media & Entertainment industry .

Experience handling well-known brands or multiple client portfolios.

Robust understanding of content-led and performance-driven marketing.
