Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Video Creator & Photographer to produce engaging photo and video content for our social media channels, with a strong focus on lead generation and business growth.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with shooting videos, photography, editing, and creating social-media-first content such as Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, testimonials, and product/service showcases.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, and other short-form content.
- Handle photography for products, services, people, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop creative video concepts, scripts, hooks, and storyboards that can attract potential customers.
- Create content specifically designed to generate leads, enquiries, calls, WhatsApp messages, website visits, and conversions.
- Shoot customer testimonials, interviews, educational videos, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional campaigns.
- Edit videos with strong hooks, captions, transitions, music, graphics, and calls-to-action.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand target audiences and lead-generation goals.
- Research current social media trends, formats, sounds, and content styles and adapt them to the brand.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all social media platforms.
- Review content performance and use insights such as views, engagement, retention, clicks, and leads to improve future content.
- Organize and maintain photo/video files and content assets.
- Occasionally support on-location shoots, events, campaigns, and customer visits.

Lead Generation Focus The candidate will be expected to understand that the goal is not just views and likes, but qualified leads.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form video platforms.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Experience with video-editing tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of lighting, framing, composition, audio, and camera equipment.
- Ability to write or develop short video scripts and creative concepts.
- Understanding of social-media algorithms and content trends.
- Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in social media content creation, videography, photography, or digital marketing.
- Experience creating content for businesses, brands, real estate, education, healthcare, hospitality, finance, or other lead-generation-driven industries.
- Portfolio demonstrating successful Reels/Shorts and photography work.
- Experience tracking content performance and improving content based on data.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or other digital advertising platforms is an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Number and quality of content pieces produced.
- Video views and watch time.
- Engagement and audience growth.
- Enquiries generated through social media.
- Leads generated from content.
- Cost/quality of leads where applicable.
- Conversion of social-media leads into sales.
- Consistency and quality of content production.

Salary: Rs.20000-Rs.40000/-
