We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our growing marketing team. As an intern, you will assist in executing various digital marketing campaigns and strategies, helping to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in the dynamic IT SaaS industry and contribute toimpactful marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Support Marketing Strategy Execution: Assist in implementing marketing campaigns across digital channels. Ensure timely completion of tasks related to campaigns. Brand Awareness: Help in the development of marketing plans to boost brand visibility and assist in strengthening the company’s online presence through various channels.

Lead Generation: Contribute to lead generation activities by supporting digital campaigns. Assist in tracking and optimizing lead generation efforts.

Digital Marketing Support: Help manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Track performance and provide insights for campaign improvement.

Create Engaging Fresh Content: Assist in creating engaging and original content for blogs,social media, and other digital platforms. Ensure content aligns with the company’s brand voice and marketing goals.

Customer Engagement:



Assist in managing customer feedback and inquiries through digital platforms and Support efforts to engage customers via targeted campaigns.

Marketing Analytics and Reporting: Collect and analyze data to measure the performance of campaigns. Help prepare and present basic reports on campaign outcomes.

Event Support: Assist in the organization and promotion of marketing events and webinars. Support coordination with vendors and other event-related tasks.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support marketing strategies. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and communication.

Vendor Liaison: Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and agencies. Help ensure deliverables are met on time.

Qualification & Skill(s) required:

Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong interest in digital marketing and the SaaS/B2B industry.

Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

Awareness of AI-driven search trends (GEO/AEO) —how content gets surfaced by AI answer engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity.

Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, and Canva.

Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support content research and drafting.

Exposure to article writing and on-page SEO tools for meta descriptions, keyword optimized articles, and content editing.

Strong writing skills and creativity for content creation, including short-form video/social content.

Strong communication and analytical skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting.
