Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across different channels.

- Support WhatsApp marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, messaging, segmentation, and basic performance tracking.

- Assist in creating and managing marketing communication for different customer segments.

- Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, open rate, conversion rate, engagement, and ROI.

- Prepare basic marketing reports and dashboards to track campaign performance.

- Conduct basic research on customers, competitors, market trends, and campaign ideas.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns.

- Identify campaign performance trends and share actionable insights with the marketing team.

- Support A/B testing of campaign creatives, messaging, and communication strategies.

- Assist with other marketing and growth initiatives as required.

What We’re Looking For

- Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing and marketing campaigns.

- Familiarity with WhatsApp Marketing / WhatsApp Business is preferred.

- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and campaign metrics.

- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

- Strong communication and analytical skills.





- Good attention to detail and ability to work with data.

- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, or WhatsApp marketing tools.

- Basic understanding of customer segmentation and targeting.

- Previous experience with college marketing projects, internships, or personal marketing campaigns.

- Understanding of A/B testing and conversion funnels.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
