Job Summary

Excellence Group of Institutions is looking for an experienced, passionate, and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Faculty / Trainer to conduct engaging and practical online training sessions.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Digital Marketing and the ability to train students using real-world examples, live campaigns, practical assignments, and industry-relevant tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live online Digital Marketing training sessions.
- Deliver practical and industry-oriented training to students.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Train students using real-time examples and live campaign strategies.
- Conduct hands-on sessions using Digital Marketing tools and platforms.
- Guide students in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct assessments, practical projects, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Guide students in portfolio building, interview preparation, and career development.
- Stay updated with the latest Digital Marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates.
- Coordinate with the Academic Team regarding class schedules and student progress.

Candidate Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 0–2 years of practical experience in Digital Marketing or Digital Marketing Training preferred.
- Candidates with real-time campaign experience will be given preference.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent teaching and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Experience conducting online classes through Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
- Strong internet connection and a suitable laptop/desktop are required.
- Passion for teaching and helping students build successful careers.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who have:
- Hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong practical knowledge of SEO and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience working with real clients, campaigns, or live projects.
- Knowledge of AI-powered Digital Marketing tools.
- Previous teaching or training experience.
- Excellent classroom and student management skills.

Salary

Salary: Based on experience, qualifications, working hours, and performance.

Pay: ₹50.00 - ₹100.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 1.0 per week
