1. Role Objective:

To lead digital marketing, generate quality sales leads and build PVS Builders brand online.
1. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute overall digital marketing strategy for all projects
- Lead and manage digital marketing team and agencies
- Run and optimize Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads for lead generation
- Manage SEO, SEM, Website management and landing pages
- Handle Social Media pages - content planning, posting, reels, branding
- Create marketing content with designers - brochures, videos, creatives
- Coordinate with sales team for lead quality, follow-up and conversion
- Manage marketing budget and ensure best ROI / low CPL
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare weekly / monthly performance report to Management

1. Requirements:

- MBA in Marketing / Any Degree with 5+ years in Digital Marketing
- Real Estate industry experience preferred
- Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, CRM
- Valuable leadership, communication and analytical skills

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
